In this article, you can find the problem of each error code and be able to find the solution.
#21-Abnormal Current: Check if the phase of the motor is short circuiting.
#22-Abnormal Throttle: Check whether the throttle is functioning properly.
#23-No Phase State: Check if the phase wire is normal or check if the cable is firmly connected with controllers.
#24-Abnormal Hall Signal: For the controller without hall sensors, check if the phase wire is normal; for the controller with hall sensors, check if the hall wire is normal.
#25-Abnormal Brake: The brake may be too tight, or the cables connected to the brake are broken.

I WISH YOU IDIOTS WOULD DO STUFF SO NORMAL P[EOPLE COULD UNDERSTAND YOUR STUPIDITY!!!! I NOW HAVE A CODE 24 WHAT THE HELL IS THE HALL????? OTHER THAN SOMEWTHING YOU WALK DOWN!!!!!
I got error code 24 on mine after the drive chain came off. I looked and could see the main wire to the motor was cut due to the drive chain coming off and wrapping between the axle and the shaft, catching the wire in between.
